Dear Parent/Legal Guardian,

Thank you for choosing Jubilee’s Afterschool program! We look forward to working with your student(s) this year!

Jubilee seeks to improve lives and strengthen community, with a focus on education. Jubilee’s Afterschool program helps students through academic enrichment and character-development in a safe environment and provides the support and resources students need to achieve success. Your student will learn and grow if they attend the program frequently.  Jubilee asks that students attend 4 out of 5 days per week in order to reserve their spot in the program. We understand that there are other afterschool commitments students must attend, if that is the case, we ask that you please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Our program is completely FREE and we provide qualified teachers, afternoon snacks, help with homework, math, reading, and science curriculum, and so much more.

 We are accepting applications for students in Kinder through 12th grade. Please fill out all of the application, as incomplete applications will not be processed. The program begins on Tuesday, August 20 and will end on Friday, December 6, 2024 for the holiday break. More information and dates will be provided at orientation.

 Your child cannot be enrolled in the program until the following have been completed:

1.      Completely filled out and turned in the Afterschool application, please complete ONE application PER child. Incomplete applications will not be processed. 

2.      Complete a consent form for your child.  There will be a link to complete the form at the end of your application.  If you provide an email, you will also receive a link to the consent form there. 

3.      Attended one of our required Orientation sessions:

·       August 10 at 10:00am

·       August 12 at 5:00pm

·       August 14 at 5:30pm
