Sample Bequest Language

Making a planned gift to Jubilee may be as simple as including the following language in your will:

"I hereby give and bequeath __[cash amount, percentage of estate, or specific property/asset]__ to Jubilee Park & Community Center, Inc. in Dallas, Texas for its general programs."

For clarity, you may also wish to include Jubilee Park's address and Tax ID number:

Jubilee Park & Community Center, Inc.  · 917 Bank Street  · Dallas, TX 75223
